Prior to the Discovery Call, caregivers will complete an electronic caregiver questionnaire. This questionnaire serves as the initial step of the assessment process and is used to guide the 30-minute Discovery Call. Prior to the Discovery Call, the Reinvent Behavioral Consulting coach will review the questionnaire prior to the Discovery Call and will use this information to develop and conduct a caregiver interview during the Discovery Call. At the end of the Discovery Call, the Reinvent Behavioral Consulting coach will provide recommendations regarding future services. The Reinvent Behavioral Consulting coach will provide recommendations for additional assessment and or strategies to implement between the discovery call and the first paid session.
